- Beefmaster
The Beefmaster Breed of Beef Cattle was originally created in Texas by the Lasater family that operated a Ranch bearing their surname. This line of cattle was the first American breed that utilized 3 distinctively different bovine species.
- Black Angus
Black Angus Beef Cattle are a solid black, polled breed of cattle initially dubbed Aberdeen Angus.
- Black Hereford
The American Black Hereford Association is one of the major promoters of this exceptional beef cattle breed. A Black Hereford is an offspring resulting from the pairing of a Holstein-Friesian cow and a Hereford bull.
